Owning a BRABUS vehicle just got even more convenient as the manufacturer announced a new collaboration with the Aura Blockchain Consortium. The partnership adds top-of-the-line NFC technology to BRABUS vehicles, which owners can use to authenticate their vehicles with a digital certificate of authenticity. In cooperation with the Aura Blockchain Consortium, BRABUS joins companies such as LVMH, Prada Group and Cartier in using NFC technology in the luxury space.
Starting with the 2025 model year, all BRABUS Masterpiece vehicles will be equipped with a “Digital Product Passport” that provides blockchain-based proof of vehicle authenticity and ownership. The Digital Product Passport (DPP for short) can be accessed via the specification badge inside the car or via a dedicated wallet card that can be stored on your smartphone. With cutting-edge NFC technology from the Aura Blockchain Consortium, BRABUS will further evolve the ownership experience of the BRABUS Masterpiece supercar.
